President Marcio Braga met today with Patricia Amorim and Helio Paulo Ferraz, who will preside over the club for the next three years, to establish the basis for the transition and discuss priority matters such as the budget, 2010 sponsorships, Fla Novas Gerações, Fla Olímpico, renewals and hiring in the football department, Flamengo's participation in the Council of Clubs Training Olympic Athletes (CONFAO), a ticket sales policy for the club's games, the incorporation of CFZ and representation before the Federation and the Clube dos 13, which is currently discussing the corporate reorganization of Brazilian clubs and debt restructuring in the context of the 2014 World Cup.
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled for December 21st, and Patricia Amorim has appointed emeritus partner José Carlos Dias as the transition liaison. President Marcio Braga will also hold a meeting this week with all candidates to sign a Governance Pact and discuss ways to facilitate everyone's collaboration in this new cycle that is beginning.
