Flamengo president Márcio Braga, in a meeting with leaders of the Chamber of Deputies, managed to get the bill amending the Pelé Law to be the first on the voting list, after the provisional measures blocking the agenda. Braga, who was sidelined due to a heart bypass surgery, resumed his position on Monday night.
