The second meeting of the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Movement, founded by AABB, Botafogo, Flamengo, Fluminense, Tijuca and Vasco, took place today at Flamengo's headquarters in Gávea.

The clubs want to actively participate in the Rio 2016 project, which cannot only be about preparing the city but, above all, about training athletes and Olympic teams in Rio de Janeiro.

Flamengo's acting president, Delair Dumbrosck, was tasked with organizing a meeting between club presidents and Mayor Eduardo Paes to discuss strategies for promoting Olympic sports in the city.
