Nation defines layout of new "Urubusão"
In a vote on the Official Website, fans chose the model of the vehicle that will be used by the professional football team.

The partnership between Flamengo and Volkswagen will bring another 'Vulcan' to the club's football department. The new vehicle's model was chosen by fans in a poll conducted on the club's official website last week. Flamengo is expected to be the only club with the same partnership to have its new bus in November 2012.
The current 'Urubuzão,' used by the professional soccer team, will not be discontinued. It will continue to serve Flamengo, but will be used by the club's youth teams.
"It's crucial that we continually improve our infrastructure. With the arrival of this new bus, we'll be making what we already have available to these young players. They are the future of Flamengo and deserve all the care we can get. Many of our promising players need support to get to training every day at our training center in Vargem Grande. Now they can make this journey more comfortably, in a customized vehicle," said Vice President of Marketing Henrique Brandão.
