Mrs. IRACY DA COSTA MATTOS RIBEIRO, mother of Councilor and member of the Fiscal Council Paulo Cesar Ribeiro, passed away yesterday, Thursday. Her burial will take place today at 15 PM at the Caju Cemetery, Chapel “C”.
