The Flamengo Regatta Club hereby clarifies:

1- According to article 70 of the General Competition Regulations of the Rio de Janeiro Football Federation - FERJ, ticket prices are established jointly by all clubs participating in the Championship (Arbitration Council);

2- Article 74 of the same Regulation states that price reductions can only be made with the approval of FERJ and if there is common agreement between the clubs;

3- We believe that ticket prices were set due to the high cost of operating stadiums and the impossibility of exploiting several properties, in addition to free and "half-price" tickets, which represent more than 70% of the total tickets sold;

Flamengo advocates a policy of fair and affordable prices.

We agree with the prices suggested by Fluminense, which are R$30 for the white stands, R$20 for the green and yellow stands and R$10 for the blue seat, for all games at Maracanã, except semi-finals, finals and classics.

Therefore, in accordance with current legislation, we publicly request that FERJ take the necessary measures to adopt such prices.
