Flamengo's legal department will appeal the court's decision

As set out in the Presidential Resolution 06/2011 of the Brazilian Football Confederation – CBF - Clube de Regatas do Flamengo hereby clarifies that the decision handed down by the 10th Federal Court of First Instance of the Judicial Section of Pernambuco is subject to appeal and, therefore, to reform, especially because it is legally unsustainable, in addition to not reflecting the understanding of the CBF, the only body competent to deliberate on the matter.
Finally, we inform you that the club will appeal to the Federal Court of Recife.
