Children's Day at Flamengo's headquarters marked the inauguration of the new children's recreation area. The Gávea playground now boasts new toys, among many other amenities. A victory for members and the young Flamengo fans, who now have a space all their own.

Named Urubinha Children's Space, the children's playground now features a plaza, a play court, an artificial turf field, and a play area. The second phase of construction includes a party room, a mini-kitchenette, children's and adult restrooms, a changing room, and a playroom. This is a significant victory for mother and president Patricia Amorim, Fla-Gávea vice-president Cacau Cotta, and social director Renata Pacheco.

"This is another victory for our members. This space was very underutilized. Since the beginning of the year, we've worked hard to ensure that today, on this special day for children, the playground could be inaugurated. It's a great joy to see the little Flamengo fans enjoying an area just for them, with new, top-quality toys. As a mother, I'm sure we did our best. Now, parents can bring their children more and more to Flamengo, as they'll have a pleasant place to have fun," said the club president.

In addition to the improvements already announced, the playground also received a main, top-of-the-line toy, valued at 80 thousand reais, which was donated to the little red-and-black fans, who will be happier attending their favorite club.
