By the end of August, the Board of Directors will present to the members of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo the proposal for the new Master Plan for the Gávea Social Headquarters.

To develop the Plan, the renowned architectural firm Edo is working on the project, based on the survey sent via email to all of the Club's full members (more than 1.000 questionnaires were answered).

In this survey, it was possible to verify various information related to the frequency and main interests of our members, such as, among others:
- Football is the priority sport, followed by basketball and aquatic competitions (where rowing is the preference).
- There is a need to invest more in the headquarters, prioritizing restaurants and bars.
- They believe that the Museum and a Football Stadium are of great importance for Gávea.
- There is a desire to hold shows and events at the headquarters.
- Members agree to the existence of sponsorship and merchandising activities at the club's headquarters, provided that they are managed by professional and careful management and that the resulting revenues are reinvested in improvements for the club.
- Being associated with Flamengo is something seen in a very positive light.

All the information gathered through the research reinforces the need to develop a structured project, organizing the use of the club's spaces, focusing on improving infrastructure and modernizing the Social Headquarters, in order to enhance leisure and sports activity venues.

Once the work is completed, the Board of Directors will present it to the Deliberative Council for analysis, comments and possible final approval.

This new Master Plan is another important step towards building, together, the Flamengo we want.
