The October issue of Trivela Magazine featured a list of the 25 greatest classics in Brazilian and international football. We consulted several journalists, who helped us with this selection—you can check out the results at major newsstands across the country. Fueled by this ranking idea, we decided to spice up the rivalry between the clubs a bit more.

Since we're online, Trivela publishes below the ranking of the 10 best Brazilian and international club websites. We basically used three criteria for our selection: layout, navigability, and information availability. Of course, it's impossible to please everyone, so please leave your comments (or rankings) at the bottom of the page.

BRAZILIANS

1. Corinthians In recent months, the Corinthians website has undergone a major overhaul, and the results have been extremely positive. Today, users can find all the latest news about the team, the club, numerous photos and videos, as well as an excellent online store and a modern, attractive layout. The site also offers paid TV Timão.

2. São Paulo The São Paulo website is quite comprehensive in terms of team information and, especially, daily news. It doesn't emphasize photos as much, but the layout makes up for it with a well-distributed content. One of its distinguishing features is the English version of the site, even though it's static.

3. Flamengo Of all the sites, it's probably the most innovative. The Flamengo website's homepage offers users a wide range of navigation options, including the Fla Agency, with all the team news, Flapédia, an encyclopedia with Flamengo's history, and many other interactive options.

4. international The online version most closely resembles a news website. News stories are given more space and are extremely up-to-date. The layout itself emphasizes this—much cleaner than most rivals. In addition to the basics, such as an online store and videos, for example, it also offers versions in English, Spanish, and Japanese.

5. Grêmio The Grêmio website's multimedia section is its biggest highlight. Both Grêmio TV and Radio are free and are models for all other Brazilian clubs. It also offers a wealth of news, as well as an online store, an English version, and Marcação Tricolor, a similar RSS feed for installing on your computer.

6. statue of Vasco da Gama The Vasco da Gama website may seem simple at first glance, but it has a wealth of club news, a good online store, and versions in English, Spanish, Italian, and French—covering Vasco's history. It also offers an email address, @vasco.com.br.

7. Coritiba The first page of the Coxa website already gives a good overview of all the available content: news, radio, fan club membership, videos, behind-the-scenes footage, English version... The layout is very clean and organized, making navigation easy – at the bottom of the page, the entire site map is available.

8. Cruzeiro The Cruzeiro website's layout is perhaps its strongest and most creative feature. It also features sponsor promotions for fans and online users. It features Cruzeiro TV, various fan services (such as the 5-star card), an online store, and, of course, good news about the team.

9. Santos Santos' online version emphasizes news. The partnership with Globo.com further enhances this, and it also provides several videos for users—even rehearsals by the Muses of the Brasileirão. The Santos website also offers English and Spanish versions.

10. Athletic-MG Atlético Mineiro's website is a great source for information about the team. It offers a wealth of news and videos, provided by TV Galo, and coverage isn't limited to the main team: other divisions are also covered. Behind-the-scenes coverage is also extensive, satisfying fans' curiosity.

INTERNATIONAL

1. Arsenal With a beautiful layout, excellent navigation, abundant news, interesting facts, videos, downloads, Arsenal TV, and an online store—in short, there's no shortage of reasons to choose the London club's website as the best in the world. Not to mention the Chinese, Thai, and Japanese versions—with an eye on the Asian market.

2. Chelsea Chelsea's website is quite comprehensive. It brings together key team information, updated constantly, and features a variety of multimedia resources, all while highlighting beautiful match photos. Its layout is also one of the most beautiful, and the site even offers a children's version.

3. Manchester United Completing the trio of English clubs at the top of the rankings, the Red Devils have a very clean and extremely organized website. The news is well-listed, and in this layout, all of it gets its due prominence. Of course, the club's TV and an enticing online store are also essential.

4. Juventus The Vecchia Signora's website reflects its tradition well, with a serene layout. The Turin club's website offers a wide variety of resources, as well as English and Chinese versions. The virtual tour of the Delle Alpi is also quite cool.

5. Real Madrid In terms of content, the Madrid website is one of the most comprehensive. In addition to all the historical and basic information about the club, the site is practically an online magazine, with daily news and many special features featuring the players. The layout is also very clean, making navigation easy.

6. Barcelona The Blaugrana website covers all aspects of the club, which isn't limited to football. Naturally, the Breton sport is the flagship, with everything imaginable about the team. It's also the site with the most language options: Catalan, Spanish, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Arabic. Not to mention the multimedia resources.

7. Werder Bremen In a small space, Werder Bremen's website packs a wealth of information without compromising navigation or layout. It manages to highlight photos without detracting from the news. It also features a TV channel, an online store, a podcast, and a ranking of the most-read news stories.

8. Bayern Munchen Bayern Munich's website truly reflects the club's grandeur. Its layout integrates all layers and doesn't clutter the view, effectively distributing news and highlights. Tabs make it easy to navigate through the various features, and versions are available in English, Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish.

9. Boca Juniors, Perhaps the biggest highlight of Boca's website isn't itself, but rather a hot site: the Boquense Museum. Here, you can explore the club's years of tradition and learn more about the passion of its fans. Of course, the regular website offers plenty of information and news to keep you up to date with everything happening at La Bombonera.

10. Benfica The first image on Benfica's website is impressive. The Estádio da Luz in the background, with the imposing eagle atop the shield, makes a spectacular first impression. The website doesn't disappoint either, with good content and a wide variety of videos. What's more, it's now in Portuguese!
