Flamengo's president will hold a meeting to align work with representatives of the club.

Flamengo president Patricia Amorim will meet with representatives of the Nation's embassies this Saturday (October 23.10rd) at Gávea. The event, which is expected to last all day, represents the board's policy of getting closer to the Flamengo fans who represent the club so much throughout Brazil.
Furthermore, representatives and their companions must update the club regarding information about their respective fan clubs. This data will be used by Flamengo for potential future marketing initiatives and also to gain a true understanding of how many registered Flamengo fans are spread throughout the country.
Concerned with maintaining a good relationship not only with the members who frequent Flamengo's social headquarters in Gávea daily, the club's president praises the meeting, the first in the history of the embassies.
"We have to welcome and listen to these fans who carry our colors and our crest throughout Brazil. When I took over the presidency of the club, I said that my intention was to make Flamengo better. To that end, I always try to listen carefully to the opinions of people, of those passionate about Flamengo like me. I know that these Flamengo supporters aren't as present here at the club, but they are very important to us. We will try to align our work with theirs," stated Patricia Amorim.

9am - Opening of the Meeting (Patricia Amorim, Henrique Brandão, vice president of marketing, and Mauro Chaves, responsible for the embassies project)
9:30 AM - Lecture on "New Security Procedures at Football Events," with a representative from the Ministry of Justice/National Secretariat of Public Security.
10:00 AM - Question and answer session
10:30 AM - Lecture on the "Fan Statute," with a representative from the CRF Legal Department.
11:00 AM - Question and answer session
13 PM - Lunch break
14:30 PM - Presentation of the Flamengo Museum project, part of the national campaign to inventory Flamengo's historical collections, and the Social Responsibility Area, by Mauro Chaves.

16 PM - Formation of Groups for the construction of new objectives and goals for the Embassies
