On the morning of Friday, April 19, Flamengo president Eduardo Bandeira de Mello received the 508 from the French automaker Peugeot, the club's official sponsor, making it available for use until 2015. The car is fully styled in red and black, with red and black upholstery and the Flamengo emblem on the seats. A small club crest sits on the doors, level with the windows. Receiving the keys from Peugeot's marketing director, Frederico Battaglia, Eduardo took the opportunity to discuss the success of the partnership.

 

"In such a short time, we are already certain that the partnership will bear much fruit. The relationship is the best possible and is exactly the kind of relationship we want for all our partners. Flamengo is very satisfied with Peugeot," the president assured.
