Ten athletes from Flamengo's men's water polo team spent 20 days traveling between Serbia and Hungary in January of this year; the countries are home to the world's best water polo teams. After training, the group spent the last three days of their trip in Hungary to watch World League matches. 

The boys' experience in Europe was featured in Serbian newspapers. In 24 Horas, the boys made the cover, as well as a story on page two. In Diário, they were featured in a half-page feature in the sports section. After returning to Brazil, the group will share their experiences in Europe at an event in Rocinha, at 19 pm this Tuesday (February 25.02). 

"It's going to be really cool. Two of the boys, one from the youth team and one from the children's team, had never left Brazil. They only knew São Paulo because we traveled with the club to play. We'll do a presentation in Rocinha, showing the videos and photos we brought back from the trip. One of the boys is actually from there and will share his experience with the other boys after we get in the water," explained Flamengo's coach, George Chaia.
