A survey of Flamengo members indicated that club president Patrícia Amorim is on the right track. In the study, conducted by the Bureau of Statistics and Strategy (BEE), of 226 members interviewed by telephone, 76,8% gave a positive assessment of the first two months of Amorim's term.
Respondents were asked to rate the board on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 represents extreme dissatisfaction with the board and 5 represents extreme satisfaction. The average score for the acting president was 4,07, demonstrating that member satisfaction is truly high.
Just to give you an idea, Patrícia Amorim was elected with 792 votes out of 2.342 cast in the club's last elections. This represented 33,81% of the valid votes, and today, she has more than double the approval rating.
Another important point in the BEE survey is the number of people who gave a negative review. Only 7,8% of respondents said they were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with Patricia's tenure, and she hopes to improve her performance at Flamengo.
"I'm entering my third month in office, and it's important to know that members are satisfied with what's been done so far. But this still falls short of what the club needs. We conducted a survey, listened to members, and are effectively implementing their priorities. As I said throughout my campaign, it's important to get things in order. One of my management's concerns is to ensure members feel happy and comfortable being at the club. I count on everyone's collaboration and support in these efforts," the president concluded.
