DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

RESOLUTION Nº 001/2008

The President of the General Assembly of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, Mr. Sergio Roberto Veiga Brito, and the President of the Deliberative Council, Mr. Walter Felippe D'Agostino, in the exercise of their statutory powers, in compliance with the provisions of article 59, item II, of the Brazilian Civil Code, Law No. 10.406 of January 10, 2002, subsequently amended by Law No. 11.127/05, which exclusively assigns to the General Assembly the competence to amend the Statutes of Associations, in accordance with articles 82 and 89 of the Statutes of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, considering the meeting of the Permanent Statutes Committee of the Deliberative Council held on July 14, 2008, which determined compliance with the requirements of article 50, §8 of the Internal Regulations of the Deliberative Council in relation to the projects whose consideration was postponed by the Council itself. Resolution passed at a meeting held on June 12, 2006, resolves:

1- To establish a period of 30 days, starting from the date of publication of this Resolution, for compliance with the provisions of paragraph 8 of article 50 of the Internal Regulations of the Deliberative Council;

2- Establish the convocation of the Deliberative Council in accordance with paragraph 9 of article 50 of its Internal Regulations for 15 days after receiving the final or substitute opinion issued by the Permanent Statute Committee of the Deliberative Council, ensuring that the due convocation formalities are fulfilled;

3- Establish the convocation of the General Assembly for 20 days after the vote on the matter in the Deliberative Council, ensuring that the necessary convocation formalities are followed.
