DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to meet in an extraordinary session, to be held, in the first call at 19:19 p.m. and in the second call at 30:XNUMX p.m., next November 03 Monday, in the Main Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To consider and vote on the opinions of the Commissions of Inquiry, on the restrictions of accountability of the Board of Directors, referring to the fiscal year 2006.

3. To assess and vote on the opinion of the Commission of Inquiry regarding the NGO Pró-Natura.

4. General Matters.
