DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL - EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to an extraordinary meeting to be held next October 13 day Monday, in the Main Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. 1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To consider and vote on the opinions of the Commissions of Inquiry, on the restrictions of accountability of the Board of Directors, referring to the fiscal year 2006.

3. Assess and vote on the opinion of the Commission of Inquiry on the FLA TV contract.

4. To inform of the opinion of the Commission of Inquiry regarding the NGO Pró-Natura.

5. General Matters.
