EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to an Extraordinary Meeting to be held on February 25th, Monday, in the Main Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To consider and vote on the proposal for the fourth contractual amendment to the Lig-Gol Project, accompanied by the opinions of the Supervisory Board and the Permanent Finance and Legal Affairs Committees.

3. Presentation on the implementation of FLA TV.

4. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
