We hereby inform you that, at the request of the President of the Board of Directors, the meeting of the Deliberative Council, previously scheduled for the 7th, will be held on June 8th, in accordance with the notice below:
The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to an extraordinary meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 8th, in the Noble Hall, 2nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, at 19:19 p.m. for the first call and at 30:XNUMX p.m. for the second and final call, for the following agenda:
1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
2. To assess and vote on the Sponsorship Agreement to be signed between CLUBE DE REGATAS DO FLAMENGO and COMPANHIA DE BEBIDAS DAS AMÉRICAS – AMBEV.
3. Assess and vote on the creation of the vice-presidency of the ASSETS department with its respective responsibilities and define the responsibilities of the vice-presidency of the ADMINISTRATION department.
4. General Matters.
The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
