DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

The members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to continue the extraordinary meeting, started in day 18.08.2009, and which remained in permanent meeting, for the day 25.08.2009, tuesday, at 19:30 p.m., in the Party Room, Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, for the following Agenda:

1. To assess and vote on the Sponsorship Agreement and Other Agreements between Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and the company Alesat Combustíveis SA (ALE), accompanied by the opinions of the Fiscal Council and the Permanent Finance and Legal Affairs Committees.

2. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
