DELIBERATIVE COUNCIL

PERMANENT EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to the continuation of the extraordinary meeting, which began on 07.08.2007, and which remained in a permanent meeting, for 22.10.2007, Monday, at 19:30 p.m., in the Party Room, Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, for the following Agenda:

1. To consider and vote on the consensual substitute for the proposed amendment to article 131 and its subsections, articles 133 and 134 of the Statute, complying with the decision of the Deliberative Council, prepared by the representatives of the Permanent Statute Committee and the Fiscal Council.

2. General Matters.

The attendance book will be available from 18 pm.
