Summarizing the history of Brazil's Most Beloved in just a few topics is difficult. But when done masterfully, it works. That's what happened last weekend at the Football Museum in Pacaembu, São Paulo. Flamengo was the star of the 40th Memofut Meeting, and its history was presented to those in attendance.
Among the journalists, researchers, writers, statisticians, and fans, one thing in common: a fascination with the presentations that summarized Flamengo's glorious history. From the first lectures, with researchers from the Flamengo Museum, to former player Gilmar Rinaldi, who closed the event with a chat about the 20th anniversary of the club's fifth Brazilian Championship (1992), the Red-Black team was the "central theme" of the Football Museum.
