In accordance with the provisions of item II of article 88 of the Statute, in conjunction with article 70 of the Internal Regulations, the members of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to an ordinary meeting to be held on Monday, December 14th, in the ballroom, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, 997, Lagoa, from 8 am to 21 pm, for the following agenda: To elect and appoint the president and vice-president of the Deliberative Council of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo for the three-year period 2010/2012.
\These are the general conditions for exercising the right to vote.

\3. \ Emeritus.
\4. \ Redeemed.
\5. \ Owners who, in accordance with § 1 of Article 86 of the Statute, They expressed in writing their intention to join the permanent staff. in the last three months of the year 2006(Note: The owner-member who acquired the title after the 1992 Statute came into effect must be up-to-date with FLAMENGO).
