EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The members of the Deliberative Council of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo are hereby summoned to meet in an extraordinary session, to be held, in the first call at 19:19 p.m. and in the second call at 30:1 p.m., on December 2st, Monday, in the Main Hall, 997nd floor, Club Headquarters, at Av. Borges de Medeiros, XNUMX, Lagoa, to deliberate on:

1. Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.

2. To assess and vote on the Board of Directors' financial statements for the 2007 fiscal year, accompanied by the opinions of the Permanent Finance Committee and the Supervisory Board.

3. Assess and vote on the consultation formulated by great benefactors regarding the Instituto Fla Novas Gerações project.

4. General Matters.
