Emeritus member of the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, state deputy Gony Arruda (PSDB-CE), received on Friday, February 5, the title of citizen of Ceará from the hands of the president of the legislative assembly of Ceará, Domingos Filho.

The congressman received two gifts from Flamengo president Patricia Amorim: an official shirt and an official banner for the sixth championship.

A graduate in Business Administration from Cândido Mendes College in Rio de Janeiro, Congressman Gony Arruda is a Rio native who just turned 38. He is the son of former Congressman and alternate Senator for Ceará, Esmerino Oliveira Arruda Coelho.
