President Marcio Braga met yesterday with his investee, Dean Bonhan. Along with the club's vice president of marketing, Ricardo Hinrichsen, and a Flamengo official, Dean will travel to London today to discuss the Maracanã bidding process with IMG.

The club wants a solution to manage the stadium, but also to revitalize the Gávea headquarters.

Marcio Braga optimistic about Mengão in 2008

Marcio Braga continues to celebrate Flamengo's strong season this year. But he said he expects more in 2008.

- Flamengo took a big leap forward in 2007. Our austerity program shows that Flamengo is moving forward and we have a prediction that 2008 will be much better - he said.
