The morning at Flamengo's headquarters in Gávea was busy. The professional soccer team trained on the field, and for a considerable time, a Chinese delegation led by Chinese vice-consul Wang Xian served as spectators. They were welcomed by club president Patricia Amorim and came to speak with the director to try to establish future sports partnerships.

Just like what happened with the Dutch football team, which used the red-and-black facilities and has already planned, if it wins a spot for the 2014 World Cup, to train again in Gávea and at the CT, in Vargem Grande.

In addition to the Chinese and Dutch, Flamengo also has a partnership with the North American Olympic Committee, which will use the club's facilities as a base for the 2016 Olympic Games.
