Flamengo's American Football jersey is a bestseller. But many Flamengo fans who wear the uniform still don't know the rules of the sport. On the latest edition of TV Fla, fans were able to learn from a great teacher: the head coach of the Most Beloved.

Otávio Roichman explained the athletes' roles and the plays they practice to achieve the basic principle of American football: gaining territory and scoring in the end zone, scoring a touchdown. Using training footage and a didactic explanation on a clipboard, the coach explained everything to presenter Karol Di Nassif.
