The first part of the mission was accomplished with flying colors. The second begins this afternoon. Undefeated champions of the Madrid stage of the IberCup, with a historic record of six wins and one draw, scoring 28 goals and conceding none, the Garotos do Ninho U-14 team, led by coach Leonam Kasali, are now in Cascais for the Portuguese stage of the IberCup.

Mengão debuts today at 13:05 pm (Brasília time) against Doncaster (ENG). Tomorrow at 11 am, the opponent will be Sintrense (POR). Rubro-Negro ends its participation in the first phase by facing Belenenses (POR), runner-up in Madrid. The match will be on Friday (15) at 7:50 am. The top two in the group advance to the second phase of the tournament.

"Another competition, another opportunity to showcase our athletes' talent to the world and reap the rewards of our daily work. The physical and mental toll is real, as we've been competing at a high level for many days and facing tough opponents, often playing more than once in a single day. But we're prepared to overcome all the difficulties and always take the field with the goal of winning and winning titles wearing the Sacred Mantle. We want to win here in Portugal too," said Leonam Kasali, coach of Flamengo's U-14 team.
