In December 2023, Marcos Pierre arrived at Flamengo. Born in Picos, in the state of Piauí, the striker signed his first professional contract in the first week of July at the George Helal Training Center. The contract signed with the club runs until 2029.

The athlete turned 16 in January and currently plays for Flamengo's under-16 team. Marcos Pierre is part of the squad that will compete in the final of the Rio Cup for that age group.
