By - in
Clube de Regatas do Flamengo informs that athlete Cauan Emanuel has been discharged from hospital and should go home late this Monday afternoon (11). Athlete Francisco Dyogo continues to improve, but continues to have oxygen ventilatory demands and still needs support with a nasal catheter; because of this, he remains hospitalized in the ICU.

Flamengo's head of medical department, Dr. Márcio Tannure, and the club's youth team doctor, Dr. Mauro Fonseca, as well as the cardiologist at Hospital Vitória, who is responsible for the boys' hospitalization, Dr. Fernando Bassan, are monitoring their progress.

Athlete Jhonata Ventura's sedation was discontinued, his respiratory parameters improved, and he is hemodynamically stable. Jhonata has not had a fever in the last 24 hours and underwent a new bronchoscopy, which showed improvement in his lung injuries. A new bath was also performed on the deeper burns, which showed no worsening. New topical dressings were applied, and the boy remains under intensive care in the ICU of the Pedro II Burn Treatment Center. Flamengo physicians Drs. Luiz Claudio Baldi and Serafim Borges are monitoring the athlete's condition.
