Base: Flamengo wins for U-14 and U-11
Games were marked by a significant number of goals

In the Under-14 Metropolitan Championship, the Mais Querido delivered a resounding 5-0 thrashing of América/Barra and remains firm and strong in the fight for the sole leadership of group A. In the Under-11 competition, the Rubro-Negro dispatched Portuguesa, at CT Ninho das Garças, in Guaratiba, by 4-3 and advanced to the semifinals of the Copa Dente de Leite.
With the result in the U-14 competition, the Mais Querido maintained its 100% record after four rounds. Without conceding a goal in the competition, Flamengo shares first place in the group with Fluminense, which has the advantage in terms of goals scored. The goals in the match were scored by Lázaro (2), Arthur Pablo, Samuel, and Reinier. In the next round, the Rubro-Negro will face Botafogo in a derby at Gávea. The game will be held on Sunday (19), at 10:30 am.

The U-11 game was more competitive. Portuguesa opened the scoring and went into halftime leading 1-0. Pajé equalized with a penalty kick early in the second half. The winning goal was scored by young Natan. Kayky scored the third with a stunning strike from outside the box, while Pajé found the net again for the fourth. In the final part of the match, Portuguesa pulled one back twice but were eliminated with a score of 4-3. Their next opponent is Fluminense, who eliminated Boavista. The semifinal derby will take place on June 25th at the same venue.
