The red-black under-15 team finished the BH Cup undefeated in regular time and with silver after reaching the final against Corinthians. The team faced a series of challenges during the competition: six starters were called up to play for the Brazilian national team, which also competed in the tournament, and three other players were injured. Before the final match, two more players were injured. Despite this, the team reached the end of the competition having beaten only on penalties (4-3 to Corinthians) and with two standout players. In total, eleven red-and-black players were unable to play in the final, but they were well represented on the field. 

Goalkeeper Neneca was named the BH Cup's best. With five goals in six games, Marques was the competition's top scorer. He scored the equalizer for Flamengo in regulation. Flamengo conceded the first goal but equalized in the first half. The Flamengo player dribbled past a defender and shot into the top corner, unstoppable for the Flamengo goalkeeper. After a scoreless second half, the match went to a penalty shootout, which the opponent won. These were excellent performances from a generation that has continued to shine and achieve further victories. 

For Kadu Borges, technical coordinator of the youth team, the future of the youth team is more important than the title:

"The young players who came in responded well. We went undefeated until the end, only losing on penalties. The coaching staff did a great job, and the players represented the club well in a high-level tournament. We had the best goalkeeper and top scorer in the competition. We have a plan in place, a directive that assures us that in the coming years these generations will be well cared for to foster this quality. From the generations of '98, '99, 2000, 2001, and 2002, we will have some players emerging in the youth and junior teams with the potential to reach the professional level," he explained.
