Brazilian Under-20: Fla faces Fortaleza, away from home

Qualified, the red-black team plays the last match of the classification phase, this Wednesday (23)

Flamengo takes the field this Wednesday (23) for the last round of the qualifying phase of the Brazilian Under-20 Championship. Qualified for the quarterfinals, the team managed by Bruno Pivetti faces Fortaleza at 15 pm, at CT Ribamar Bezerra, in Maracanaú, near the capital of Ceará. Flamengo TV will broadcast the match.

Rubro-Negro is in fifth place with 30 points and can move up two places if it wins the match and Cruzeiro and Athletico fail to beat Atlético-GO and Botafogo, respectively. The Paraná team plays at home at CT do Caju, while the Goiás team visits Rio de Janeiro at Estádio Nilton Santos, in matches also scheduled for this Wednesday at 15 p.m.

After training led by coach Bruno Pivetti, on Tuesday morning (22), the red-black delegation left for Fortaleza. In 18 games, Flamengo has nine wins, three draws and six losses in the Brazilian Under-20 Championship. The team scored 29 goals and conceded 25.
