The Flamengo youth team learned this Monday afternoon (13) the start of their journey in the fight for the fifth title in the São Paulo Junior Football Cup. Champion in 1990, 2011, 2016 and 2018, Flamengo is in Group 29, based at Arena Barueri, in Barueri, and will face Oeste (SP), Floresta (CE) and Forte (ES) in the first phase. It is the same city that hosted the champion generation in 2018. The schedule with dates and times of the games will still be released by the São Paulo Football Federation.

By advancing to the next phase, Flamengo will play the first knockout stage against the first or second-placed team from Group 30, which consists of Ibrachina (SP), Náutico (PE), Internacional de Limeira (SP), and Serranense (MG), and the match will be played in the capital.
