Flamengo will take to the field this Saturday (18), at 11 am, to face Maricá in the first game of the quarterfinals of the Carioca Sub-20, an important competition because it qualifies the top two placed teams for next year's Copa do Brasil. The match will be played at the Elcyr Resende de Mendonça Stadium, in Saquarema.

Finished second in the Guanabara Cup, Flamengo will decide who will qualify at the José Bastos Padilha Stadium in Gávea on October 25th. Furthermore, because Flamengo has a better record than its opponent, Flamengo has the advantage of playing for two equal results.

After carrying out the last activity before the clash with Maricá, on the morning of this Friday (16), under the command of coach Bruno Pivetti, the red-black delegation headed to Saquarema, after lunch.
