The latest partnership was signed with Volta Redonda, a club from the Southern Fluminense region. Six athletes from the U-9 and U-11 categories, who had been excelling individually at the Steel City club, were signed by Mais Querido and are now bolstering the squads of their respective categories at the red-and-black club, and are available for matches and competitions.

"In the high-level football currently played at all levels, it's becoming increasingly important to strengthen our relationships with training clubs. This is the case with Volta Redonda, which has been performing excellently in its youth academy for many years and is already reaping the rewards in its professional football, narrowly missing promotion to the Brazilian Championship's Série B. These six athletes we welcomed, all individual standouts in their respective categories, have been under the watchful eye of our development department for some time, and there's no doubt they will experience even greater personal development within an even stronger structure like Flamengo's, in addition to further strengthening our U-9 and U-11 teams," said Luiz Carlos, Flamengo's youth development coordinator.

The athletes who have recently arrived at Rubro-Negro, and who are now part of the Garotos do Ninho squad, are:

- Under-11 Category:
Fabio Ribeiro Balduíno Junior and Kayke Diego da Silva Nascimento.

- Under-9 Category:
Bernardo Horta Jardim, Ryan de Souza Martins, Rafael Tenorio Guerra and Felipe de Azevedo Oliveira.
