Five red-black players received great news this Tuesday (27). Carlos Amadeu, coach of the U20 team, released the list of 22 athletes called up for friendlies against Mexico on March 22 and 25. Goalkeeper Hugo Souza, defenders Matheus Thuler and Patrick, and forwards Lincoln and Vinicius Junior are heading to Manaus with the Brazilian delegation.
The players will be in Manaus on the 17th, where they will remain until the 26th. The matches serve as preparation for the 2019 South American Championship, a qualifying tournament for the U20 World Cup and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
On the 22nd, Brazil will face Mexico in a training match, which will be played behind closed doors. On the 25th, at 18 p.m. (19 p.m. Brasília time), the Arena da Amazônia will host another match between the young Brazilians.
