Four athletes from the red-black youth team were called up this Wednesday (06.08) by coach Cláudio Caçapa for the Brazilian under-15 team. Defender Patrick da Silva, full-back Athirson, midfielder Leandro da Silva and striker Vinicius José are among the 24 selected.
The call-up is for a preparation phase for the Copa México. This phase will take place at the MontVerde Academy, from August 30th to September 7th, and at the IMG Academy, from September 7th to 16th, in the United States. Flamengo was the club with the most call-ups, alongside Grêmio and Internacional.
