At the invitation of the Dubai Football Academy, Kadu Borges (Flamengo's Youth Football Technical Coordinator) and Ramon Lima (U-16 Coach) have been in the United Arab Emirates since last week to lead a methodological training camp for local athletes, coaches, and coordinators. The main objective of the visit is to present the working methodology applied throughout Flamengo's youth football program and to exchange information, generating mutual learning between both parties.

"In two full days of activities with local professionals and athletes, we held four rounds of practical training and another lecture, during which we were able to present and explain our content, methods, and technical guidelines. The feedback we received was all very positive, praising the methods applied at our training academy, which makes us very satisfied. Furthermore, we had the opportunity to exchange experiences with athletes from other schools and countries, which generated mutual learning between us. Without a doubt, our visit was very worthwhile and enriching," said Kadu Borges.

The Dubai Football Academy is the largest and strongest in the United Arab Emirates, boasting athletes from various countries, who compete in various local competitions. After completing the training and development process, the athletes are sent to other leagues around the world or to North American universities.
