With two hat tricks, Garotos do Ninho win 10-0, winning for the third time in the competition and facing Internacional in the next round.
By Ian Sena - inFlamengo's U-20 team literally crossed the country to make history in Rondônia. In a match valid for the second leg of the round of 4 of the Copa do Brasil in that category, the Garotos do Ninho crushed Real Desportivo Ariquemes on Thursday night (10) and won by an incredible 0-3 (Vitor Ricardo [3], Rodrigo Muniz [2], Rhyan [7], Yuri and Yuri de Oliveira) in the cramped Valério Gentil Stadium, the "Valerião" completely packed, with all XNUMX seats occupied, the vast majority by Flamengo fans, who traveled from all over the state to support the Rubro-Negro. And who were gifted with a gala performance. In the next phase, the quarterfinals of the competition, the Mais Querido arrives with high morale to face Internacional, playing the first leg in Volta Redonda next week, and the return at Beira-Rio, in Porto Alegre.

Technically superior, Flamengo took the field determined to win the match and refused to give their opponents any chances, even after a long and tiring 15-hour trip. Just seven minutes in, Matheus França crossed, Yuri headed, and goalkeeper Fabricio made a fine save, preventing the Garotos do Ninho's first goal of the night. In the 15th minute, after a misplaced clearance by Real Ariquemes, Rodrigo Muniz passed to Vitor Ricardo, who burst into the box and fired over the bar.
In the 19th minute, Mengão opened the scoring. Yuri struck beautifully, Fabricio parried, and the rebound was tapped in by Vitor Ricardo. Four minutes later, the second goal came. Yuri delivered a superb free kick into the box, and Vitor Ricardo again broke free to score another. In the 29th minute, the home team threatened with a free kick from Wellves. Hugo Souza flew beautifully and palmed the ball away, which would have gone into the corner. The "Garotos do Ninho" extended their lead in the first half, and in grand style. Yuri made an individual play and was brought down near the box. He took the free kick himself, into the right corner, but Fabricio jumped just to get in the picture. What a stunning goal from the red-and-black number 11!

Coach Mauricio Souza made three changes in the locker room, but Flamengo continued to put on a show in the second half, delighting the nation at Valerião Stadium. In the eighth minute, they turned the game around. Ramon crossed, and Vitor Ricardo, unstoppable and perfectly positioned, scored the first hat trick of his career. In the 12th minute, left-back Ramon delivered another beautiful cross, perfectly placed for top scorer Rodrigo Muniz, who tapped it in for the fifth. In the 17th minute, Rodrigo Muniz added another, chipping the ball past the goalkeeper and scoring Flamengo's sixth goal of the night.
Rodrigo Muniz also wanted his hat trick, and it arrived in the 32nd minute. Vitor Ricardo passed three players and left the center forward facing goal. With aplomb, he slotted the ball into the net. In addition, he became the Copa do Brasil's top scorer, now with seven goals in just three games. The Boys from the Nest were inspired and scored their eighth in the 35th minute, with Rhyan, who had just come on but also scored. Incredibly, the best was yet to come. And it came in the form of a miracle. In the 39th minute, Rodrigo Muniz crossed with a backheel, and Rhyan chested it in. The crowd gave a standing ovation.

And then came the tenth, a rarity in football. On the final play of the game, Yuri de Oliveira received the ball inside the box, controlled it skillfully, and beat the goalkeeper to seal the victory. 10-0, the biggest win of the year in Brazilian football. And the Boys from the Nest made history in Ariquemes.
