While keeping the present in mind, the Brazilian Football Confederation knows that it cannot forget the future. On this occasion, the second meeting of the Working Group (GT) of the Brazilian Youth System was held, promoted by the CBF this Thursday (28), at the entity's headquarters, located in Barra, in the Southwest Zone of Rio. Alfredo Almeida, director of youth football at Clube de Regatas do Flamengo, was present.

The meeting brought together representatives from clubs, federations, experts, and professionals from Brazilian football to discuss strategic issues related to the development of youth categories in the country. Among the topics discussed were women's youth football, models for training clubs, regulation of agents, and guidelines for the development of young athletes.

The Working Group was created by the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation) with the objective of proposing structural improvements for Brazilian youth football, strengthening the training and development processes of athletes throughout the country.

Alfredo Almeida's participation reinforces Flamengo's involvement in discussions about the future of youth development in Brazilian football, actively contributing to the construction of solutions and best practices for the development of the national youth system.
