In a six-goal game, Flamengo draws with São Paulo in the Under-17 Brasileirão
Lázaro scored twice and Weverton completed for the red-blacks

This Thursday (6), Flamengo faced São Paulo away from home, in a match valid for the 8th round of the Brazilian Under-17 Championship. In a busy match, the Most Beloved drew 3-3 with their São Paulo opponents. Lázaro (twice) and Weverton scored for the Rubro-Negro.
With these two goals, number 10 Lázaro has now scored in nine consecutive matches. He already has 16 goals this season and is the top scorer for the red-black youth team in 2019. He has already scored 10 goalsBrazilian Championship link.
The Ninho Boys return to the field on Sunday (9), at 10:45 am, when they face Nova Iguaçu in Gávea. The match will be in the quarterfinals of the Under-17 Guanabara Cup.
The game
The match was lively from the start. In the 9th minute, Lázaro took a free kick from the left, but the goalkeeper misjudged it, allowing the ball to go into the back of the net for Flamengo's first goal. São Paulo then increased the pressure and earned a penalty in the 18th minute, which Pedrinho converted.
The match remained fiercely contested, but the opponent came out on top. In the 25th minute, Juan received the ball and managed to get past the red-and-black defense, scoring the second for the São Paulo team. It didn't take long for the Mais Querido (São Paulo's Favorite) to equalize. In the next play, Marcos Felipe received a great pass from Daniel Cabral and found Weverton, who finished to make it 2-2.
The second half started out tense and difficult. With both teams looking for openings to attack, the game was the complete opposite of the first 45 minutes. However, in the 20th minute, Juan capitalized on a defensive rebound to make it 3-2 for São Paulo. Flamengo didn't give up. Lázaro controlled a ball into the box and passed it, but it hit Belém's arm. The number 10 took responsibility, collected the ball, and converted the penalty with authority, tying the score again and giving the final score to the duel.
