After opening the scoring, Flamengo continued to pressure Flamengo and soon scored the second. In the 0th minute, Wiverson was released on the right wing, dribbled past his marker, and, taking advantage of the ball's bounce, unleashed a rocket into the back of the net.

And the Ninho Boys wanted more! Tightly packed and coming out with precise touches, the Mais Querido (the most beloved team) surrounded their opponents, who tried their best to defend. In the 17th minute, Richard crossed from the left for Victor Hugo to pass to the unmarked Wiverson, extending the lead and scoring his second goal of the match, securing Flamengo's place in another international competition final.
