Arriving in the third community, the "Field of Dreams - We Will Play Together", created by Flamengo's Youth Football and Social Responsibility departments, held another selection process for young football talent. This Tuesday (18), the team visited Morro da Casa Branca, located in Grande Tijuca, North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and was attended by the great Flamengo idol Andrade, ambassador of the project.

During the campaign, sports equipment was also donated to the social projects participating in the initiative, as a way of supporting the work carried out in the community.

In addition to fundraising, the project also trains educators who work with children and young people in sports in the communities, using socio-emotional learning in sports through a methodology that works on values ​​such as resilience, perseverance, and self-confidence, based on the red-black DNA.

Next week, "Field of Dreams" will visit Salgueiro, hosting its fourth tryout for young residents of the region. It's worth noting that this project is the result of a partnership between Flamengo and the Greater Tijuca Sub-Prefecture.
