In another edition, the "Field of Dreams - We Will Play Together" project, organized by Flamengo's Youth Football and Social Responsibility departments, held its fourth tryout for young football talent. This Wednesday (26), the club was present at Morro do Salgueiro, located in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and held tests with more than one hundred boys and girls from the community. The project is the result of a partnership between Mais Querido and the Sub-Prefecture of Grande Tijuca.

At the event, which was attended by idol Andrade (campaign ambassador), sports equipment was also donated to the social projects that support the initiative.

In addition to attracting promising young talent, the project also focuses on training educators who use soccer as a tool for social inclusion for these young people living in communities. The initiative uses socio-emotional learning in sports through a methodology that fosters values such as resilience, perseverance, and self-confidence, rooted in the club's DNA.

Next week, “Campo dos Sonhos” will be in Borel, holding the fifth selection with children and young people from the region.
