Flamengo started with a bang at the Manlio Selis Under-14 World Tournament in Budoni, Italy. The Boys from the Nest debuted with a 6-0 thrashing of Club Olimpico Romano from Rome this Friday (30) at the Pinna Budoni Stadium. The competition features teams such as Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, Roma, Stuttgart, Lokomotiv Kiev, Genoa, Atalanta, among others.

The red-and-black's calling card was quick to arrive. Just two minutes into the game, João Vitor took advantage of Arthur's assist to open the scoring. Jean Carlos scored the second goal in the 2th minute. Shortly after the break, Kauã Lucas doubled the lead, taking advantage of Gustavo's pass in the 17nd minute.

Without giving Club Romano a chance to breathe, Flamengo scored their fourth goal in the 5th minute, once again through Jean Carlos, who scored his second of the match after receiving the ball from Valmir. In the 13th minute, Lauender added another, this time with a pass from Kauã Lucas. There was still time for Bezinho to set up Kauã Lucas, who scored the sixth and final goal of the match.

Flamengo will have two matches this Saturday (31), for the Manlio Selis Under-14 World Tournament. The first will be at 11 am (local time), against Budoni, the home team. To close the day, the under-13 team will face Genoa, at 19 pm (local time). Both games will be played at the Pinna Budoni Stadium.
