Final arrangements are being made for the Partner Clubs Festival, which will take place between December 8th and 12th at the youth academy area of ​​the George Helal Training Center. Under-11, under-12, under-13, and under-14 players from the four official Flamengo partner clubs for scouting and recruiting athletes will experience the daily life of Flamengo's youth players through various activities.

The partner institutions of Flamengo are: Trieste, Tolentino, Inter de Minas, and Wilson Goiano. In addition to taking the field under the command of four coaching staffs from Flamengo's youth academy, nearly 100 athletes will participate in lectures, evaluations, and workshops, among other programs, always closely monitored by professionals from Flamengo's youth academy. The work will be multidisciplinary and will involve the coaching staff and the departments of social services, pedagogy, nutrition, and psychology.

Flamengo's youth football director, Alfredo Almeida, highlights the importance of partnerships for scouting and recruiting athletes. He has even traveled to the headquarters of Inter de Minas, in Itaúna (MG), and Tolentino, in Itapitanga, Bahia, alongside Ricardo Perlingeiro, director and manager of the scouting/market department for Flamengo's youth categories, to closely observe the work of these clubs. Meanwhile, the Wilson Goiano Sports Center is located in Trindade, in the interior of Goiás, and Trieste is in Curitiba, the capital of Paraná.

"This action is very important because, within a recruitment and development dynamic, our partner clubs play a fundamental role in both processes. Currently, Flamengo follows a new strategic vision concept to enhance our recruitment process," says Almeida, adding that the objectives include hosting the four institutions at the George Helal Training Center:

"The Festival is an essential project so that partner clubs feel they are an integral part of Flamengo. We make a point of welcoming them to our home not only to see athletes, but so that the coaching staff, management, and everyone involved with the partner clubs feel that this is also their home and that they are an integral part of this athlete recruitment and development process."

The first edition of the Partner Clubs Festival begins to put into practice an idea of ​​continuity. The intention is for this project to be incorporated into the calendar of Flamengo's youth categories.

"Our goal is for this action to be repeated more often and with more and more partner clubs throughout Brazil, so that they connect with Flamengo and make Flamengo even bigger and better," concludes Almeida.
