Before the ball rolled for the second edition of the Flamengo Adidas Cup 2023, a congress was held this Monday morning with all the committees of the participating clubs.

With the participation of the base's general manager, Luiz Carlos, the topics covered were: regulations, match duration (35 minutes each half), logistics, refereeing (total from the Rio federation), in addition to the protocol for teams entering the field 5 minutes before the games.
