Continuing the historical process of always valuing the concept of "Flamengo makes a star at home", Clube de Regatas do Flamengo signed last week the first professional contracts of three promising young players from its youth football team, all of whom have been called up to the Brazilian National Team and who have been evolving and standing out in their respective categories over the last few seasons.

Francisco Dyogo – Goalkeeper, born in 2004, received his first call-ups to the Brazilian U-15 national team last season. He is currently in his first year of the U-17 category and was part of the group that debuted in the Brazilian Championship, defeating Cruzeiro 2-1. His professional contract runs until February 28, 02.

Eduardo Felix – Midfielder, born in 2004. Like Francisco Dyogo, he is also in his first year of the U-17 team. Earlier this month, he was called up for the first time for training with the Brazilian National Team. His professional contract runs until February 28, 02.  

Richard Almeida – Left-back, born in 2003. Frequently called up to the Brazilian National Team since the U-15 category, he begins his final year as an U-17 athlete, a category in which he won the Brazilian Championship and the Copa do Brasil championship wearing the Manto Sagrado. Professional contract valid until February 28, 02.
